1. Definitions

• 1.1 “Melany Rose,” “I,” “me,” or “my” refers to the provider of companionship services.
• 1.2 “Client,” “you,” or “your” refers to any individual using my services.
• 1.3 “Services” refer to the companionship services provided by Melany Rose.

2. Eligibility

• 2.1 You must be at least 18 years old to use my services.
• 2.2 By using my services, you represent and warrant that you are Legally permitted to do so.

3. Bookings

• 3.1 All bookings must be made in advance through the appropriate channels specified on my website.
• 3.2 A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of a confirmation message from me.

4. Payments

• 4.1 Payment for services must be made in full before the commencement of the engagement.
• 4.2 Accepted payment methods will be provided upon booking confirmation.
• 4.3 All payments are non-refundable, except as stated in Section 5.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

• 5.1 If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must notify me at least 48 hours in advance.
• 5.2 Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booking fee.
• 5.3 In the event I need to cancel, a full refund will be provided, or an alternative appointment will be offered.

6. Conduct and Behavior

• 6.1 Clients are expected to treat me with respect and dignity.
• 6.2 Any inappropriate behavior, harassment, or illegal activities will result in immediate termination of services without a refund.

7. Confidentiality and Privacy

• 7.1 I respect your privacy and am committed to protecting your personal information.
• 7.2 Personal information collected will only be used for providing services and will not be shared with third parties, except as required by law.

8. Liability

• 8.1 I will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with my services.
• 8.2 My total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

9. Changes to Terms

• 9.1 I reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
• 9.2 Continued use of my services after such changes constitutes your consent to these changes.

10. Governing Law

• 10.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium.
• 10.2 Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belgium.
